I joined a volcano field trip organized by UNR, where we explored volcanic landscapes and connected field observations with questions in volcanology, earthquakes, and geophysical monitoring.

The field trip was a great opportunity to look closely at volcanic deposits, hydrothermal features, and volcanic glass in the field. These observations are useful for thinking about how geological structures and surface processes connect with seismic signals.
